Just returned from an excellent meeting with Ben King, a Property Advisor at the fractional development Lodges at Cannon Beach.  They offer 1/12th fractional shares in the popular beach community of Cannon Beach. They serve an excellent clientele, mostly residents of the Pacific Northwest (Portland and Seattle) looking for a place to call home while visiting the coast.
