Our business trip visiting with fractional resorts in Utah and Colorado moved today to the Austria Haus in Vail, Colorado. Situated directly on the banks of Gore Creek at Vail Village, Austria Haus is a sold-out fractional development that was developed in 1997.

I was impressed with a speech Steve gave at the Ragatz fractional conference in March, 2009 and I’m even more impressed with Steve’s knowledge of marketing now. Lots of great ideas to think about, all good, but a bit overwhelming!
Deer Valley Club
