DwellParis selects® for Exchange Needs

June 15, 2011 (Bend, Oregon) –® has announced that DwellParis has selected for the vacation exchange requirements of its residence in Paris, France.

As described on their website, DwellParis offers a completely renovated and fully outfitted one-bedroom apartment at Rue Cujas in central Paris, located on the Rive-Gauche in the 5th arrondissement’s Latin Quarter. On the fourth floor of a venerable 19th-century stone building on a corner of the Residence Jardin Luxembourg, this apartment will be all that a part-time resident of Paris could need or want, including a modern elevator and newly redecorated common areas, climate control, state-of-the-art communications, and electronic building security system with intercoms. The finely detailed new kitchen and bathroom, large closets, quiet and cloistered bedroom with full southern exposure, and the tasteful blend of modern and traditional furnishings are broadly appealing.

Andrew Sirkin, a partner in DwellParis states, “We chose as our exchange partner because we felt they offer a high degree of flexibility and excellent value for our owners. We discovered through owner dialogues that a peer-to-peer model offering a direct contact between the two sides to the exchange, and the freedom to negotiate a made-to-measure exchange arrangement, was preferred to an anonymous system administered under a rigid set of rules by a third-party facilitator. We are hoping that our relationship with will enhance the experience of our current owners, and spur sales and resale activity by exposing potential buyers to our Paris property, adding value to our offering.”

Location is one of the keys that make this such an attractive property. It is located in the heart of the City, allowing visitors to walk to so many of the area’s draws. Whether it is the Luxembourg Gardens, the Pantheon, or numerous shops, restaurants, galleries or museums, there is no lack of something to draw one out into the city.

Paul Nabor, Director of Sales, says “We have been looking for suitable, high-quality city properties to add to our network, and this Paris property is near perfect. It provides members with a central, elegant home base from which to explore The City of Light. Members interested in this property should view the many photos on the DwellParis website to gain full perspective.”

“True comfort and a place to call home in Paris,” states Evan Julber, CEO. “No detail has been spared to make this apartment a special spot in the center of the City. We are delighted to have DwellParis in our network and encourage our members to take a look.”
