Ocean Terrace Condos is a small, intimate condominium complex (only 11 units) nestled on a hill on the southeastern shore of Anguilla in the British West Indies, offering spectacular panoramic views of the Caribbean and the islands of St. Martin, St. Barths and St. Kitts.

Anguilla is still generally a well kept secret, but has in recent years has become one of the Caribbean’s hottest destinations.  The island offers more than 30 spectacular white sand beaches, crystal clear water featuring shades of blue that you will never forget, some of the finest gourmet dining anywhere and wonderful, friendly people who will welcome you to their island home. Known as ‘Tranquility wrapped in Blue’, Anguilla is the perfect place to just escape and truly relax.

Our spacious two bedroom unit consists of more than 1,500 square feet of space with two private balconies overlooking the Caribbean. The condo comes with daily maid service, air conditioning throughout, ceiling fans, a fully equipped kitchen, spacious living and dining area, walk-in closet, cable TV and high speed wireless Internet access.  There is also a fresh water outdoor pool and a well equipped fitness room on site for you to enjoy.

Ocean Terrace Condos is only minutes from spectacular Shoal Bay East, but all of Anguilla’s white sand beaches are less than 30 minutes away (Anguilla is only 16 miles long and 3 miles wide ate its widest). Temenos Golf Course, designed by Greg Norman, offers golfers a premier experience with no crowds, while snorkelers and divers can enjoy the reefs and shipwrecks that surround the island.
