Santa Maria Beach is a luxury resort of 150 apartments, located on the main Santa Maria Beach in Sal. The resort is being built on three levels with most of the ground floor dedicated to a high quality commercial area with 65 shops and 3 apartments.

The first and second floor will have a selection of Studio, one and two bedroom apartments; all properties are being sold fully furnished to the highest standards. Each apartment will have its own terrace some with superb sea views or facing the town of Santa Maria.
