Roseberry Residence

Roseberry Residence is a superbly designed development in the town of Limassol, Cyprus.  The modern centre is full of designer shops and restaurants, yet only half a mile away you'll find the old town, with its covered market, tiny workshops and wonderful cafes. Right down near the seafront is the crusader castle, where King Richard the Lionheart married Berengaria and crowned her Queen of England and Cyprus. From there, you can stroll along the promenade under citrus and eucalyptus trees, right the way down to the ancient ruins at Amathous.

The project is halfway between both Paphos and Larnaca airports, making it well placed for visitors. Limassol has theatres and cinemas, including an excellent open-air theatre in the central gardens, where concerts and performances of all sorts take place, including the annual wine festival. And there are many sports and leisure facilities in the surrounding areas, including golf and water sports, with winter skiing available in the Troodos mountains, about 45 minutes away.
