La Tranquila Residences

La Tranquila Resort and Residences is located on 30 acres in Punta Mita and Litibu on the Bahia de Banderas, 40 miles NW of Puerta Vallarta.

The first phase of residences will include 73 fractional units with 1/12 ownership options allowing for 4 weeks of use per year. Suite sizes range from 775sq’ to 2,282sq’. Activities and amenities include golf, tennis, spa, horseback riding, diving and daily expeditions into surrounding countryside.
