Originally built as a single-family home, the 14,000-square-foot villa offers the perfect Caribbean escape for the discerning traveler who prefers a boutique-style getaway with just-right bohemian luxury.

The 11 suites at Casa Hines are being sold individually through fractional ownership. Fractional ownership provides homeowners an opportunity to purchase into a luxury vacation property for a small percentage of the price.

At Casa Hines we are offering a 1/6 fractional share which means each of our suites will have 6 owners, each of whom receives an 8 week annual share.

Whether it’s surfing lessons just down the road at Maria’s Beach, planning a private candlelit sunset dinner on the beach, organizing a zip line tour, or managing reservations at the foodie-friendly local Caribbean restaurants, our staff is here to help you find just the right Rincón vibe.
