The site of the St Andrews Grand, like many buildings that overlook the Old Course, has its own identity and history. When Hurd Rolland Partnership UK, an architectural group, was commissioned for the property renovation, the mission was to maintain the architectural heritage, restore the most distinctive elements and transform the 110-year old dwelling, which collectively, would result in pure elegance.
