The Sugarloaf Mountain Hotel is a fully furnished condominium that has the potential of four owners sharing all expenses.
Each quarter offers the owner every fourth week forever! That is thirteen (13) weeks per year. The design of your rotation calendar gives you one of all fifty-two (52) weeks within a four-year period. Quartershares are conveyed by warranty deed and becomes part of your real estate portfolio.
