Creekside Club

The Creekside Club, a fractional private residence club in Deep Creek Lake, Garret County, Maryland, is preparing for launch. The developers say this popular four-season vacation area "has been a destination for a generation of families from the Washington D.C. area, Northern Virginia and Pittsburgh looking for a retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city living".

The Creekside Club is taking reservations now for ownership, 36 of which will be available. A 1/8th deeded share in a four-bedroom villa, complete with private dock, starts at US$139,000, which includes use of a new 24' Bennington boat.
