Indochina Capital

Hanoi, the capital of Vietnam, is located in the center of the Red River Delta and has been the social, cultural, economic and political center of Vietnam for nearly a thousand years. As Vietnam's governmental center, Hanoi attracts both foreign and domestic enterprises and organizations and is one of the fastest urbanizing cities in the country, with a population of over six million people. The urban planning vision for Hanoi promotes development outside the city center in new urban areas, creating satellite residential and commercial zones. These new urban areas and suburban districts developing beyond the Central Business District are restructuring Hanoi's socio-demographic composition and have gained broad based appeal because of their high-quality infrastructure and fewer development restrictions
