Owner-to-owner exchanging. It's that simple.
It's all about communicating. The seeds for FractionalExchange.com were sown one poolside day in Cabo San Lucas, Mexico. Frustrated with their attempts to exchange fractional units both at our resort and beyond (exchanging for other locations, using a fractional exchange company), several owners discussed the need to be able to communicate directly with other vacation property owners.
Worldwide. As a result, a rudimentary online bulletin board was established, allowing owners to post messages and get responses. The bulletin board proved popular, but was limited to just our resort. There was a need to create a "master" board for owners of all vacation properties to communicate. The result is FractionalExchange.com.
Full or Fractional - it doesn't matter. FractionalExchange.com allows full or fractional owners of vacation homes, villas, condos and even yachts to bypass the middleman (typically an exchange facilitator such as The Registry Collection, Preferred Residences or Resort To Resort) and exchange directly with other owners. Beach, ski, yacht, metropolitan − it's all possible now.
No limits on destinations. One of the limitations of using an exchange facilitator is that you're limited to the resorts THEY select. We strongly felt that FractionalExchange.com should open the doors for owners to visit ANY location − WITH NO LIMITS ON DESTINATIONS.
