Our 2900 Sq.Ft. split-level home features open style living area with beautiful Tahoe Keys and mountain views (Heavenly Valley) and its own private 2 boat dock and large fenced yard.

The house is fully equipped with all of the comforts of home. It has four bedrooms, two and one-half bathrooms, and sleeps eight to ten people. Amenities include a large full newly updated kitchen, beautiful stone fireplace in living room, Jacuzzi in the master bathroom, large deck with BBQ, digital cable and large 62-inch DLP TV, Bose home theater stereo, VCR and washer/dryer.

Neighborhood:
Tahoe Keys features a private beach, marina, restaurant, indoor and outdoor pools, tennis courts, basketball court, volleyball court, Jacuzzi gym, playgrounds and more. Located in South Lake Tahoe, you are minutes away from the casino nightlife and the world-renowned ski resorts. Summer fun features boating, parasailing, water-skiing, excellent fishing, hiking, biking, and just going to the beach. A number of golf courses are also nearby.

In summer bring your speed boat: plenty of space for it at your private dock!

For renters, pedal boat is included. No smoking please. Maid visits can be arranged for a nominal fee. Snow removal in winter and garden care in summer included.
