St. John 5 BR Villa with private beach

Walk up to our Private White Sand Beach. It’s a beautiful beach and totally secluded for the most part. Superb snorkeling or just ride 7-8 minutes to the north side white sand beaches, which often are nearly deserted, with often no one there but you!  These beaches are snorkeling heaven.

The 5 bedroom, Private Villa is set up high for Awesome 180 degree panoramic ocean views and cool breezes.  The outstanding views are of the east end of the island and Coral Bay, (The Real Caribbean as Jimmy Buffet has been quoted as saying).  The house is actually 2 separate pods, each with two bedrooms and a family room.  The two houses are connected with a pool and garden.  All 5 bedrooms are fully air-conditioned.  The house sleeps 12 people with 3 bedrooms with Queen Beds, 2 bedrooms with Twin Beds and there is a crib available for babies if needed.  Each bedroom has a breathtaking ocean view and is a Master Suite with a private bath, and all rooms, even the bathrooms, are painted in bright tropical colors.  There are also several decks and patios that will provide quiet spots for reading and relaxing.

The house comes fully equipped with a gourmet kitchen you will love with all appliances, utensils, pots, pans, crystal wine glasses and New China for service of up to 12.  The home is also equipped with High Def Cable, Plasma LCD TV, and a computer with internet access, for all of you, who just can’t pry yourself away from being connected. 

If you can keep your eyes off of the breath-taking ocean views at the pool you will notice we have also upgraded the patio and the pool with White Limestone Tiles and trimmed in Coral Stone, and new furniture.  There is also a new outdoor glass block shower and complete privacy.

The home is a twenty minute ride back to the town, where the ferry in St. John lands and runs hourly.  St. John is the place to really relax and unwind with many beautiful beaches and views over to Virgin Gorda, Jost Van dyke, St. Croix, and Tortolla.  Coral Bay is on the east side of the island, where wild donkeys and goats out number people. If Jimmy Buffet hung out on St. John, he’d likely be on the east side having drinks at Island Blues, the Shipwreck or Skinny Legs.  Many beautiful calm beaches on St. John’s north side such as Trunk Bay, Caneel Bay and Friars Bay to name just a few. Most of the island is national park land.
