The northern portion of the island is known as Dutch St. Maarten and the southern portion as French St. Martin. This five bedroom, four and a half bath St. Martin resort villa is located on the French/Dutch border of the island overlooking Oyster Bay and Dawn’s Beach. It’s just a short walk or drive down to the white sand beaches without ever leaving the gated community grounds.

Central air conditioning cools the entire St. Martin resort villa. The family room is sunny and spacious and the modern kitchen offers dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, and oven, as well as all the dishes and cookware needed for delicious St. Martin Island menus. Relax with Satellite TV, DVD, and a powerful stereo system at the end of a hot, tropical day.

Our Villa greets our St. Martin Island guests with a fine bottle of wine, complimentary beverages, and designer soaps when you arrive.
