Near the famed Ca’ d’Oro in a quiet corner but at the heart of the lively and still lived-in Cannaregio district, the apartment is only minutes by foot from the Rialto Bridge and it’s market, where you’ll want to shop daily for fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and fish.

There’s also a nearby supermarket which is open seven days a week, along with a limitless supply of small shops selling designer apparel, crafts, books and specialty foods. 

This home has a Superb Location for viewing Gondolas glide by your bedroom and living room windows throughout the day. Quiet and peaceful at night. Very bright and sunny, the apartment is completely restored with all new walls, ceramic tile floors, doors, windows, furnishings, furniture, bathroom and kitchen.

The ceilings are nearly 16’ high, with exposed original wooden beams. Three very large windows open onto the canal. This holiday apartment sleeps up to 4 adults.

The nearest vaporetto (boat/bus) stop at Ca’d'Oro is only a few minutes away on foot. Both gondolas and water taxis can stop right in front of the building. Water taxi service from the airport to within a few meters of the private entrance.
