Expansive wrap around live on deck facing beach. A car may be available for simultaneous exchanges, although simultaneous exchanges are not required. Use of kayaks and canoe, depending on season. Ideal for couples or family - mature pets allowed. Low maintenance gardens surrounding entire property. Wooded and private 2 acre lot with separate garage. We are immaculate and prefer the same in an exchange. As business owners, we are flexible but prefer our own exchange in the months between September and June. Visiting exchanges can be at any time of year, but recommended between June and September.
