Villa La Estancia

Luxury fills every room of our villa - travertine marble floors, carved entry doors and kitchen cabinets, granite countertops in all bathrooms, tiled kitchen counters, 10 foot ceilings, zoned central air conditioning, ceiling fans, large closets and dressing areas.  Our villa has 2,160 square feet of living area, with a large balcony overlooking the beautiful Sea of Cortez.

We are a fractional owner at this fabulous resort that boasts impeccable service and amenities.  We have 6 weeks out of the year at Villa La Estancia and would like to trade some of those weeks in order to vacation at other places as well.

The condo features two sides with separate front entrances and both sides share a large balcony with a sprawling view of the beach.  The condo is located on the 7th floor and gets the morning sun, avoiding the hottest sun of the day later in the afternoon.

The smaller side of the condo has 2 queen beds, cable television and a large bath and closet.

The larger side of the condo has a beautiful semi-formal dining area that seats 6.  Just beyond the dining area
you can relax in living room with cable television and a sleeper sofa for extra guests.  Just off of the living room is the huge balcony.  The master bedroom has a king bed, huge master bath with a sit down vanity and 2 sinks, large closets, dressing area, and a jacuzzi tub.  Also in the master bedroom is a loveseat and, of course, cable television.  A safe is located in the closet for valuables.

Off the living room is a another bathroom with a shower.  The kitchen is equipped with modern conveniences, such as an icemaker, side by side refrigerator/freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, microwave, and garbage disposal.  There is also a washer and dryer off of the kitchen. 

The resort has 2 restaurants, one is poolside and the other is fine dining.  The pool has a wonderful swim-up bar!  Large swimming pools, a gym, and the spa is located next door for your use.  Guests also have access to the neighboring resorts for their festivities, but the other two resorts do not share access to our resort.  This is a plus!  A trolley is available to go from resort to resort.

On the grounds is a small store for your basic needs, an ice cream parlor, video rental, and some local shopping, as well.
