Fantastic large kitchen with island & 2 ovens fully furnished.  Elegant dining round table seats up to eight. Sleeps 10 people total with 3 TV’s including full programming “DirecTV” Satellite & wireless Internet.

This mountain vacation home has only been lived in for a total of maybe 3 years out of 12 full time, so it’s like new. Both charcoal & gas grill for patio summer outdoor BBQ dining.  Large gated fireplace stocked with dry firewood& gas starter.  Snow sleds & gear for backyard winter snow activities. Lots of privacy 360 degrees, trees. Just a short walk to the Lake or Village. Home is monitored 24/7 with a local security system for your protection, lighting is 360 degrees with flood lights at night. Washer & dryer is at your disposal in the Laundry room. Home is on central heat & summer temps rarely go above 75-80 degrees day time highs. Four Seasons resort environment location !!

All summer you will find shopping, restaurants, water skiing, free weekend concerts & endless outdoor activities. This mountain retreat is surrounded by the San Bernardino National Forest with 200+ feet tall Cedars, Giant Sequoia & many other native trees. Wildlife watching, hiking trails & fishing are just a few local activities during warm months.  Winter months in Lake Arrowhead receive 20+ feet of snow fall with 3 ski resorts within 20-45 mins drive. Average tempratures, winter 40-50 degrees highs & 20-30 degree lows. Home is located on a serviced road & county plows keep roads clear 3 or more times a day during winter storms.  Down the mountain just over an hour away are such sites as Pasadena, Burbank, Los Angeles/Hollywood. Drive to the Pacific Ocean, Palm Springs, or San Diego in less than two hrs & 3 hrs to Las Vegas, NV. It’s a great place to just enjoy the seclusion & quiet of the forest or a launching pad to all points Southern California.
