For the ultimate in Caribbean colonial-style living, The Cotton House is the largest property in the Village and can sleep up to 8 people. Some Cotton Houses feature an additional Guest Cottage, perfect for teenagers, a nanny or for an in-residence butler. The Cotton House is a two-story design with double vaulted ceilings set off by a stunning chandelier. The mahogany staircase takes you to a first-floor gallery from which three gorgeous en suite bedrooms are housed. The master bedroom has a master dressing room en suite and a large sun terrace. This terrace is also designed to open up from the gallery, which is perfect for hosting guests or a house party. A drawing room sits below the gallery and a stylish covered dining terrace leads to an exterior sun deck, a garden with a dining gazebo and private swimming pool. The ground floor also boasts a family TV room, en suite guest bedroom, kitchen, laundry and pantry. The “Christians” kitchen is beautifully appointed featuring a marble-topped island. The Cotton House comes fully staffed with your Personal Butler and Maid. The Butler’s duties include the supervision of the Villa housekeeping, preparation of your breakfast, assisting you with shopping in the on-site deli or convenience shop, and will assist in the preparation of light meals. The Butler can also assist with valet services and laundry. Butlers have the responsibility for all private functions and are available to live in. The Butlers all hold valid Saint Lucia driver’s licenses and can also assist you with car rentals and driving duties.
