The Royalty consists of our Royal Palm 2 BR 2 Bath unit together with our Beachcomber Studio.

Royal Palm Two Bedroom Two Bath-1250 sq. ft. (116 sq. meters). Fully air conditioned in bedrooms, living and dining rooms and kitchen. Berber carpeting. Honed marble in dining room and kitchen. Tile floors in baths. Queen bed in master bedroom with large Jacuzzi tub for two in master bath. Second bedroom has king bed and second bath has deep soak tub with shower. Full kitchen with ceramic top stove and oven. Refrigerator with ice maker. Full set of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and stem ware. Dining table seats eight. HDTVs in both bedrooms and living room. Granite counters in kitchens and baths. Large lanai with out door dining table for four and large ten foot umbrella. Garden view. Additional chairs for relaxing off of king bedroom. Beachcomber Studio-400 sq. ft. (37 sq. meters). Air conditioned with slate flooring. King bed and HDTV. Walk in closet. Jacuzzi tub with shower in bath. Kitchen has full sized refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender and two burner ceramic hot plate. Full set of pots and pans, dishes, glasses and stem ware. Granite counters in kitchen and bath. Covered lanai with garden view, out door dining and stainless steel propane barbecue with side burner. Beach chairs, beach towels and cooler provided.
