2 Bedroom Unit Ski in/ski out Upper Deer Valley February 2 to 9, 2013

I have a 2 bedroom condo for February 2 to Feb 9, 2013 (Saturday to Saturday) that I may not be able to utilize and out of an abundance of precaution, I am exploring whether I can exchange it for a week in April 2013 at a location on St. John, US Virgin Islands.

The Deer Valley Club is a ski in/ski out private residental club located at mid-mountain at Deer Valley, the #1 ranked ski resort in North America. It is located in what is known as Silver Lake Village.

The Deer Valley Club offers excellent service to its owners (of which I am one) and arrangements can be made to pick up guests/owners at the Salt Lake City Airport and transport you to the Club and to transport you back to the airport. Transportation by the Club is also provided should you desire to go into Park City during the day or the evening.

Check in time on Saturday, 2/2/2013 would be 4:00 p.m. and check out time on 2/9 would be 10:00 a.m. (although facilities exist so you can ski later in the day before you physically leave the Club).

There is a charge for cleaning of the unit which is approximately $225 for the week and which you would be responsible to pay.
